We're a day away from the completion of the first month of Project Melissa & Martha! I'll dedicate tomorrow's blog to the highlights so far, but tonight I must disappoint yet again. I didn't cook, bake, mix at all today. I had to get school stuff done so that I can begin student teaching in January. I've decided that I'm going to give myself Mondays and Tuesdays off from cooking because it has become more than clear that I can't cook on the days I have classes. It's too difficult, and I have to cut myself a break so that I don't go insane. Sanity is important, people! I'll try to cook Wednesday-Sunday, and I'm still determined to cook all of these recipes by September 1, 2010. With that said, goodnight and sweet dreams!
