Tomorrow is a big day at the Hunt house. The kids start school, and my fourth semester of grad school also begins. The whole school thing is going to make my recipe-making a little more challenging, but I welcome this under-taking. It'll be a nice diversion on the really crazy days.
Speaking of recipe-making, the first day of my project begins on Tuesday, September 1, 2009, just a little over 24 hours away. I'm well aware of how ambitious this project is, but I'm dedicated, focused and ready for the year-long journey.
